Designing a Typeface
The name of my type book is called The Future is Bold. I wanted to design a typeface that could help people express their beliefs, create a sense of community, or help bring about change. That way individuals and organizations can amplify their message and inspire others to join their cause. Within my chapter in the book, I discussed these topics in detail and why I made the typeface. The typeface I designed is called Revolution. The letters are meant to resemble graffiti that you see on walls, buildings, or even trains. Graffiti is known to be raw and expressive, which is a powerful form of communication. It is a display typeface intended to be easily read from a distance on posters, banners, or other visual media.
